Conditions Treated with Acupuncture include: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME), Menstrual, infertility and other ‘women’s’ problems, musculoskeletal problems, stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Laser Therapy uses a narrow beam of light to stimulate healing and affects endorphin levels in the body. There is a large body of published scientific work proving the effectiveness of Lasers and they are used in many hospitals and physiotherapy clinics.
Laser treatment is excellent for Musculoskeletal problems, especially when combined with Acupuncture, skin problems (eczema, psoriasis, acne, chilblains, warts & ulcers) and can help minimise withdrawal symptoms when quitting smoking. It can also be used to treat children or those with needle phobia.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a gentle tapping technique used to resolve emotional issues. EFT is excellent for stress resolution, pain management, weight problems, smoking cessation, phobias (fear of flying, public speaking, needles etc). Once learned you can continue to use it for anything that upsets you.

Anne's primary holistic training is in both Japanese and Chinese acupuncture, and she is currently the only practitioner in Ireland using the powerful synergistic blend of both modalities.

In addition, Anne has studied numerous other traditional oriental medicine therapies such as Medical Qi Gong, Auricular Acupuncture (ear acupuncture), Tui Na (Chinese) Massage, and Shiatsu.
She has also completed courses in Herbal Medicine, Aromatherapy and Reflexology and travelled to India to study Ayurveda, the Indian system of traditional medicine. She is currently training to become a Naturopath with The College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Anne is a registered member of the T.C.M.C.I, and her acupuncture treatments are approved and reimbursable with healthcare insurance providers.
Treatment is offered to children over the age of 7 and those who are needle phobic and in these cases acupressure and other Oriental medicine techniques will be used.

F.X.Mayr (1875-1965) was a pioneering Austrian doctor who discovered this method of regenerative diet and fasting. Nin offers acupuncture, moxibustion cupping, Chinese Dietary and lifestyle advice, Tui Na (Chinese Medical massage) and electro acupuncture (all of which are included in the basic treatment fee) as well as Chinese Patent Herbal Medicine. Nin offers help and advice that empowers her clients to aid in their own recovery aswell and she always goes to great lengths to help them to understand why they are unwell and what they themselves can actively do to aid and expediate their own recovery.
