Most of the situations that life throws at us are out of our control. The only thing we can control are our reactions. However, our reactions are often based out of fear and can be damaging.
This six-week course can help you cope better with your negative patterns and live in a more positive way. Over the six weeks you will gain an awareness about your negative patterns. You will also learn coping strategies to better deal with: worry, insecurities, anger, guilt and more.
