Yin Yoga improves flexibility, reduces stress, improves emotional, mental health & well being.
We work deep into the fascia through a series of floor postures, which we hold for several minutes - with compassion (it’s not an endurance test!).
Yin Yoga gently challenges people & every posture will explore different aspects of that. You don’t have to be flexible to try this!
Take the time to stretch, lengthen & let go of anything that no longer serves you.
Spend time getting to know your body & your mind.
This is suitable for all levels, including if you’ve never tried Yoga.
Have no expectations of yourself- just stretch & breathe.
Come with an open mind, with no expectations of yourself. Bring a friend, have a laugh - yes- you are allowed laugh in yoga!
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, a blanket & a bottle of water.

Is there parking at the event?
Parking is free and it located outside the venue.
What can I bring into the event?
A yoga mat, blanket, a cushion - & anything you need to help you be cosy a comfortable. A bottle of water an open mind & no expectations!
